Billionaire businessman Tony Elumelu has sent gifts to rapper Zlatan Ibile after the singer’s traditional wedding to his partner, Davita Lamai.
Zlatan, whose real name is Omoniyi Raphael, shared photos of the gifts on his Instagram Story on Monday, two days after the couple’s traditional ceremony on Saturday, October 24.
The packages carried the branding of Elumelu’s investment company, Heirs Holdings, and came with handwritten notes. The messages included “Zlatan, well done,” “Our wife,” “Congrats” and “Zlatan.” The sender’s initials, TOE, were written on the packages as a sign-off.
Zlatan thanked the businessman in his Story, tagging Elumelu’s handle with a love emoji.
The couple announced their wedding date in a video on October 8. At the ceremony, they wore Edo-inspired outfits in honour of Davita’s heritage, then changed into coordinated Yoruba attire for a second look.
