Burna Boy has been named halftime headliner for the Pittsburgh Steelers’ clash with the New Orleans Saints at Stade de France in Paris on October 25. It will be the NFL’s first regular-season game in France.
The league announced the booking on Thursday. Kickoff is set for 2:30 p.m. local time (9:30 a.m. ET).
The Paris fixture is part of the NFL’s growing international schedule. Paris is one of three cities hosting a regular-season game for the first time this season, alongside Melbourne, Australia, and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
The appearance marks a homecoming of sorts for the Nigerian singer, whose real name is Damini Ogulu. In April 2025, he became the first African artist to headline a solo concert at Stade de France, performing to a sold-out crowd of more than 80,000.
Burna Boy said Paris gave him “one of the biggest nights of my career” and that going back to the stadium for the NFL occasion means a great deal to him. He added that he is proud to represent African music at an event the league is bringing to France for the first time.
